I've got the cat eating his own sick.
He'd not vomitted at all for a good few days. He's been eating some HIGH CLASS out of date cat food reasonably well! That with 1 or 2 meals of pure cooked chicken and it was all going down and staying down NICELY...
This afternoon I went with a decent portion of chicken for the fat fucks lunch...
And then I started cooking for myself and my daughter (I don't often do this) but as I often cook tuna pasta if I do, and as I do when I do that, I left a bit of tuna in the can for him to polish off!
I thought as I put it down by his bowl
'THIS'LL PROBABLY MAKE HIM VOMIT!!! Tuna and chicken in the same weak little stomach can only be a recipie for disaster'
And sure enough he did fucking vomit.
But this time rather than letting forth a DEMENTED inwards yelp, followed by his excited running to the nearest carpet in order to deposit, I found the sick right placed right next to the bowl. The whole 2 meals there in one large and convincing dollop as if they'd simply been mixed together with a bit of milk or 3 days on the plate mayonaisse!
And I thought
'I'M FUCKED IF I'M WASTING THAT!!! He'll eat it himself no problem if I leave it there on the floor, but I can't leave it there looking like sick or else the housemates will complain...
And so I got a wet wipe, scooped it all back in the bowl for when he'd recovered and figured that if there were any questions as to what he was on I'd tell my housemates it was simply a new recipie I was trying
Tuna with Milk and Chicken..
Post vomit, Michio Kareem Friend took a slow walk, sat outside my door and took a moment of peace and philosophical calm.
Well about 15 minutes of it.
Then he turned back around and set about his meal for the second time.
He had about half of it there and then before retiring for a good sleep on my bed for 4 or 5 hours.
I've just let him back out to polish the rest off.
He seems a bit slow and stoned but other than that all is well!
Tomorrow he'll wake me up by licking my face...
